A woman named Susan left a message with her name & number and asked that I call back. When I did she said she was with Vegas Valley Collections and it was in regards to a medical bill that was past due from when my daughter was born. She was pleasant but still a collections representative and the medical bill in question we have been disputing because the amount we owe was constantly increasing for no reason.
