They have been calling my cell phone over and over again and won't say anything just wnat to know who it is

They keep calling and won't stop. They want warranty info sales and ask for a credit/debit card number, product cost is only$1. Seems like they are only interested in the credit card number???. This number is listed to a Morales from Triangle, VA which is near Quantico.

I just got a call from this number, and when I answered, it took awhile for the recording to start. It was something about a Southwest college prep school. I have no idea what this was about, but no person was on the line--just this recording!

It was 9:05pm when they called. It is against the law to call after 9pm. I happened to be trying to put my baby to bed at the time. I tried calling the number back, but there was only a machine to remove me from their list. I don't want to JUST be removed, I want to report them for violating the law!
