"John" claimed my computer was sending error messages to his company's server. Asked for the name of his company, no answer. He could not tell me what my IP address was. Another lookup service showed other complaints for this.

I just received a call about the same thing and they did say they was from a company called Mr. Tech, located in Napa Ca. but wouldn't give me an address. I said it sounded like a scam and she said but sir i'm recording this call, lol. OK but you still sound fishy
