This caller identified himself as "Jack, calling from Medical Compensation". He claimed that his records showed I had surgery and was entitled to medical compensation. I'm in CT and he's in IL. He wouldn't give a specific company name and, HOW in the world does he have records on me when his phone is a cell #?? SCAM!!
