I started getting this (715) 861-7078 on Oct. 25th at 7:57 p.m. but the person hung up when no one at home picked it up. My family lives at the Pacific coast. I noticed the caller ID said it was from Wisconsin of all places--very late in the evening from there! The person called again on Oct. 28th at 2:08 p.m. but hung up. The person called again the same evening but at 8:09 p.m. I picked up the phone. The man on the end asked for my first name (how did the person know my name?). I do not know anyone from Wisconsin asking for me, and especially at weird hours of the night from. I think the time is past 10:00 p.m. their time. When the man asked for me, I just hung up the phone and did not answer. Our phone number is unlisted, and I wonder how the caller got it and asking for me. Our phone number put on the Do Not Call list years ago. I added it again but do not know if that would help.

December 19, 2013: I too am receiving multiple daily calls from this same Wisconsin number. When I answer they have hung up. They once left a message saying Hello and called me by my first name then the message ended. My phone is also on the do not call list. Will add number again. If they continue to call will report to FCC.
