answer then they hangup....found out that when you call back says it has answered but nothing....and it is a voip number....when every search says landline....i don't consider voip a landline.....going to report to pa authorities to stop these calls....by the way after reading the fine print below, know that this isn't a threat....have seen other sites where others are complaining of the same thing. so much for any free reverse lookup with any information...free....i am actually smart enough to find out where an area code is.....and then today on anderson cooper....maybe i will email him with this
