They call and don't leave a msg. When I call back it's a recording. I think they're a collection agency who bought old debts. Anyone know who they are??? I have just gotten this number and have had a couple other calls from the same type. Thinking of changing my number again!

I have been called twice by this number and both times there has not been a message left. I will not attempt to call back because I believe it to be a collector. Why won't they leave a message?

Collection agency by the name of Portfolio Recovery. They call, but never leave a message. They also use other numbers. Since I have no current outstanding debts, they obviously are either buying really old debts, at least 15 years or older, that are no longer collectible, or trying to contact me to reach another person (friend or relative...they do that!).
