The person or person's with this number sends text.they say your in a group of 18 people. They say
Your invoice is paid. Send you promotions and nasty in texts. You see everyday other texting stop or take me off your list.
It's really bad and you can not block them since it's just a number no name. I see alot of
people going through this issue. Somebody with authority needs to do something about this.
