Claiming to be tax resolution assistance. Sent a letter that was threatening to take my house. When I called the number, he tried to get me to sign on for help with the IRS. When I told him the threatening letter was unprofessional, he started berating me and raising his voice saying I was unprofessional for not paying taxes.
