Someone called my windows phone from this number. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize, so I let it ring. They didn't leave a message, so I looked them up on whitepages.com and the number has been listed as a private number. This is my personal cell phone. I also noticed that the voicemail icon disappeared when I opened my phone app. Then I got a message that my outlook account needs attention. I believe it's all related. I just want the phishing and spamming to stop!
