Not certain if they're scammers. Online research says yes, they are. They claim to give free estimate for hail/storm damage to house exterior. They are not in the yellow pages for my area, though. I live in Central Texas, and this number is between Stockton and Osborne, Kansas. When calling to cancel appointment, I got a recording to leave a message. There was no business name even mentioned at the beginning of the recording. Seems fishy to me.

Same offer for hail damage. Claimed they were local. I live in Wisconsin.

I live in PA and these idiots call me from 8am till 9pm. It is a scam, I have tried calling back and I too have received the same generic message. I don't have hail damage. On several occasions I was home when they called and they don't even speak with you, they just hang up. Sounds shady as hell to me!!!
