this man continues to call asking for me to send money western union for a government grant. Is this a scam?

They keep calling saying they are from the government under the name shawn williams with a grant check.

this guy keeps calling me saying that I need to western union $200 and then I will get a government check. this is a scam

I got a call today as well. Wanting me to go to flashmarket and he would give me directions of what to do when I got there. He told me not to call West Union Bank, because they would make me pay more than $200.

CALLED ONE TIME FOR MY MOM TO GIVE HIM 14.95 OUT OF HER BANK ACCT TO GET A GOVT GRANT. NOW CALLED WANTED 200.00 TO PROCESS HER A GOVT LOAN.

Fred Bennett called me on 1-28-14 telling me saying he from the government and has a check for 15,000.00 with my name on it but in order for me to get I have go to western union and sent 200.00 but when I get there call him back and he would tell what to do next.Yes this a scam big time!

I received the same call twice , once by a lady named
Cathy Brown, then by a Middle East man name
Kevin brown ( ain't no Middle East man names Kevin brown)
Asking to send them $200 western union ..
Scam scam scam. Don't fall for it !!!
