Threatens that they have a summons and you must respond in 24 hours and there is a restraining order against you. The number they left for me to call is unpublished and some sites list it as a cell phone - this one says land line.

received a call from a sheila ward. she stated she was verifying info for court. verfied all my personal info and two weeks later i was served with a summons. i searched litigation support services and found that there were many items that popped up from several different companies. most claimed to aid in fraud investigation. collection of data and several other things that aid in the court process. one company in particular sounded alot like what the woman was talking to me about the name of the company was isis inc. wondeer if they are linked in anyway.

This number called me today with very broken English stating that I had a restraining order against someone. They gave a name and case #. What's really weird is they also called my brother's mother-in-law. I barely know the woman and have no idea what her phone number is. I would advise never to answer these calls or give them ANY info about yourself. If I knew a lawyer I'd have him call. I've been reading other reports about this # and when you start asking questions or bring up the subject of a lawyer they get very rude and hang up. What they are doing is illegal. I hope they get what's coming to them soon.

WAS LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY HOME PHONE. MY MOTHER CALLED SHE WAS ALSO CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO THE SAME ISSUE GIVEN THE SAME NUMBER AND WAS TOLD TO CALL BEFORE A RESTRAINING ORDER WAS ISSUED. FIRST THING I ASKED ABOUT WAS A RESTRAINING ORDER AND WHAT THAT WAS ALL ABOUT. FOUND OUT IT WAS IN REFERENCE TO A CREDIT CARD THAT I DEFAULTED ON TWO YEARS AGO... SAME TIME I LOST MY HOUSE..... THE RESTRAINING ORDER WAS BECAUSE I WAS BEING TAKEN TO COURT AND THEY WOULD ISSUE A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST MY ABILITY TO SPEND MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNTS. IMMEDIATELY IM PISSED.I MEAN I DO OWE THEM MONEY BUT I WOULD NEVER EXPECT TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT. IM FINALLY BACK ON MY FEET AND THIS WILL JUST RUIN EVERYTHING. I READ ALOT OF POSTS FOR THIS NUMBER WITH ALOT OF MIXED RESULTS. PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY BEING SUED. I DONT KNOW IM CONFUSED AND NEED GUIDANCE.
