Used credit card to pay for new cable service/ installation at a home show in Ogden, UT. When the installer didn't show up, we call the cell number we were given. The first time a man answered and looked up our info and told us that he would call us back with installation information. He never called back. Since that then we have tried to call numerous times and no one answers the phone.
