Called in Sunday afternoon - left no message

I answered because the Caller ID stated "SSI" insinuating the Social Security office, they asked for my husband, when i asked who they were they said ~ Target Point Survey Research. They asked for a good time to call back, i said i dont know but would take the message, I asked for the number to return call but she said that was an "outgoing call center" and would call back. Thats all I could fine out about this number.
