Foreigner very difficult to understand-hold we have a call for you. someone seems like they calling from a drs. office-wanting to confirm information like my address-asked what regarding wouldn't say-just want to confirm address. told them i'm not confirming anything until they answered who they were why calling me. not a patient of "dr. scully"asked again to confirm my information. told them NO! they hung up.
