He was threating me, and would not stop screaming in the phone they were going to sue me over a 7 year old credit card debit. i could not get him to shut up long enough to explain that my credit cards had been stolden and the person was in jail and it was past statue of limitations to do any thing to him, i wasn't paying for a card that wasn't mine or stolden and sent me something for proff, he hung up on me after screaming he's not putting his supervisor on the phone.

Calls me all the time saying i owe thousands on a loan i never got my and states im being prosicited. So i told him go for it and he wont stop calling and when i asked to talk to his manager he hung up the landline number is in PA and the company he claims to be with is drom buffalo new york.
