Foreigner male caller said "Hallo" then hung on. His "hallo" echoed several times & then very bad static came over the line. A scam from over seas no doubt. Got another call the other day from same city & state from a male foreigner who said hallo from number 817-760-4172 Just got another call from the exact foreigner man & the bad static before I could post this, but this time caller ID had strange numbers from calling from: V52213394100024
