This number was on a dog collar of a dog that came onto my property and attacked two of my cats. I have called the number again and again, but there is no answer. I have around $400 in vet bills because of the attack. The dog was picked up by the Buncombe county animal control and no one has claimed her. I would like to work something out with the owner to possibly get some reimbursement.
