Left strange messages claiming to "serve" some sort of summons on an unknown entity, Mary Hickingbottom, who never owned the phone and has never been heard of, and used threats, left this number stating first that it was a "plaintiff's office" and on another call stated that it was a "filing clerk's" office. Why would a public court system have a "private number" listed.
