I received a call from a blocked number. Stating that they are a process server and they are calling to set up a time for me to get served with legal documents. She has no idea what the documents are about, but I should call 832-240-7836 and provide my filing number #254334. I told her I was googling the number to see if it is already been listed as a scam. She replies with "If you don't call it will be considered a refusal". Any legitimate collection company has their numbers listed publicly. Searching this number returns ZERO company names. Don't fall prey to FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt)
