Second time this number has called looking for a particular person, which I have told does not live in our residence. This time they said they were the Sheriff's office. When I called the number back a man answered saying IRS. I requested not to be contacted again the first time they called and having to ask for a second time is rude and a waste of my time.

They left a message on my answering machine and they said "Hello......aww, fuck it" as the man was apparently hanging up. Don't think I'll be answering calls from this number!
