An ominous recorded message states that you have ignored debts, and failure to address them immediately will result in legal action. There is no company name given, and no one comes on the line. When I called back, after music plays, a person sighed and gave his name as Michael Swearin (sic?). I demanded to know who he was and why he made a threatening phone call to my number. He made a rude comment and hung up on me.
