This person keeps calling my house impersonating Microsoft telling me that there is something wrong with my computer, that i keep getting errors. I had never contacted Microsoft about anything nor have a Microsoft anything. I contacted Microsoft (the real one) and they told me that the only way they would contact me is if we made an appointment for it in which case i hadn't. They are pretending to be Microsoft!!!
