This number called me 3 times within a 20 minute span of time. I was using my phone on a very important call. I would not give up the line to them, so they repeatly called. I don't answer calls from any 866 or 800 or unknown name unknown number! I used to give them the option of leaving a msg on my answering machine, till they would say if you are so and so, and by contiuning to listen that means you are so and so... NO it does not. It means they got a answering machine, not even the right person. I get wrong numbers doing that!! I am on the do not call list but I still get calls. They don't care!
