I am a customer. They wanted to sell me additional services which I did not think were worth (to me) what they wanted to charge. Told them NO, I was searching for some other mobile medical alert which includes the service I'd like at no extra charge. Woman either did not understand what I said or my comment was not in her script because she just kept going on and on about how wonderful this new service was and was pretty pushy. I suppose that is what she is paid for but when I say NO, I mean NO. THAT makes me mad. I won't answer their calls again!
