This is a scam artist trying to get money and information. Don't call them. Instead, repot it to the FCC and your phone company.

They send the following text message to your mobile phone,

"Employee Credit Union. Your ATM card has been suspended. To reactivate call urgent at 1-888-700-0491."

The text in the message I received is from "Service Credit Union. Your ATM card has been suspended." I do not have any accounts in credit unions.
