Received notification that "documents would be dispatched to my location by 4pm" and that "notice has now be dutifully given". Instructions to call the office and use a reference number are also provided. I did not bother following the instructions.

Same thing happened to me today! They called my brother first looking for me. Same exact message but their “case” file is fake numbers. They do not start the way she provided.
