called my cell but left no message;I always figure that if the caller knows me that there will be a voice message;I have heard that Verizon is leasing unused phone numbers from their system to telemarketers;if you call back you get "out of service";but since it appears to you that it is a local caller, there's a better chance you'll pick it up when the call comes in.
