company claims they are process servicers and I was sent out paperwork supposedly. Never received anything and if this company was smart then they would have sent a different way then making sure someone can sign for it considering during the day no one is home.
Woman gave me a fake name of course and beause I said I never received proof of this matter that I am not dealing with any scam companies. I did take a payday loan out over 7 years ago but had paid that off and now other companies are claiming that I owe them with out giving me proof. My attorney ever told me not to listen to anyone else and if they can't provide me proof then they are not real.
