Left voicemail saying "Poor Boy Ni*ger Million" yes he actually said that, and that I had a package. My phone showed it was from North Carolina. He had an accent but didn't sound like India this time. These people us a VPN to hide that they are calling from another country, and they usually use a VOIP also.
