This number calls everyday at my work stating they are sending the local authorities out to arrest me for a cash advance I received years ago. THEY ARE ANNOYING!!!!
Calls my place of work and threatens me with a legal case. I am unable to accept these calls at work and would like the caller to cease contact with me during working hours.
Called telling me I owed $220.00 interest on a loan, though the company wouldn't send me a notice in the mail. He said they "don't do black and white, only email and phone." I asked him who supposedly gave me the loan and he said "Payday Cash." There is no place called Payday Cash. He called my work telling a co-worker to call him back about "crime prevention."
Yes, this bunch did the same thing, asking me if I had a lawyer too. They would NOT provide me with exact details of my loan. They just stated it happen last year. If they have all that info then they should be able to tell you. Also I asked them are they are debt collector.
They said they were not. I am filing a complaint to the FTC and to the FBI. Let's see go to jail. BTW for anyone info, All anyone can do is file a small claim court action against you. In smalls claim court you or them cannot be represented by an attorney.
The fact that they are not disclosing themselves as debt collectors may be breaking Federal Laws using the FARC act against them.
They have to disclose all information about you to prove that they know and the debt. They will monkey around with you.
