This number that I don't recognize, yet shows up on my cell phones caller ID as Kaiser, continues to call me every five to ten minutes. Everytime I answer the phone it plays a recording of what sounds like some kind of alert. When I call back it goes straight to a voicemail that I can't quite understand 'something record wave files' is not available leave a message after the beep. Super weird, irritating and lightweight creepy.
