I received a phone call from a man who clearly cannot speak English and said his name was John Smith. He has left me several messages threatening me to contact my attorney. Somehow this man also got my cell phone number and did the same thing. Me & my fiance tried to call them back and they would hang up every time we called. Please advise what can be done about this.
