These people have called before. The first time I went through all their presentation and let them make changes to my computer as they said that they were from Windows, and the Windows server was receiving error messages from my computer and they would help me fix it. Being uncomfortable then, I immediately called Microsoft and spoke to someone who said they don't operate that way. They then went through my computer to undo any type of malicious activity.
