The woman who called claimed her name was "Darlene" and that she was representing Norwegian Cruise Lines on some sort of marketing campaign.

When I politely asked for my phone number to be excluded from her marketing list, she rudely claimed that I already elected to receive such phone calls. All she had to do is say "yes sir, your phone number will be removed and you will receive no futher calls". Only after being very firm with her and requesting that she not argue with my request to be removed, did she indicate she would comply.

This is no way to earn customers, nor is it a proper way to represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if indeed she was even authorized to do so.
