repeated calls from this number, 971-208-9936, stating Asia Pacific, when I answer they hold a couple of seconds and hang up over and over.

Claimed to be from Lifetime Vacations. I told them I wasn't interested, that I'm on the Do Not Call registry, and to never call again. Also filed a Do Not Call complaint.

Answer Message when called - A Recording says that the number is not "Indexed" (whatever that means). This could also very well be
either a Prison/Jail Collect Call, or, a PHONE SPY (that may install
a Tracking Script).
