Calls all the time but there is never a name on the caller ID just a number and they never leave a message. Seems like a telemarketer to me.

This number is from Citibank who is calling to get a paymant that has been missed or is overdue. I have a credit card with them.

I googled the number first and found this site and decided to call it back. When they called me they allowed me to say, "Hello?" three times and the call was disconnected. When I called them back, sure enough it was Citibank and an automated system came on requesting my account number. I didn't have it readily available and said, "Representative" and I was immediately connected to a live representative who after verifying my account information was able to explain why I was contacted by this number. I was on a special payment plan that had ended, but I still had a balance that required payments. I made a payment and set up automatic payments on the phone and expect no more phone calls from this number.
