Caller has made two calls, latest at 4:00AM this AM (4/25/2010). No one on line - clicking sound. suspect Verizon is doing line testing but it is very annoying

2nd complaint of record for this number - switch located in Palmer, TX. Next time they call this switch will be a target for further action!

This number has called several times. This time a person left message and said he was in a hospital and was dying but you could hardly understand what he was saying. Said he was in a Plano hospital and wanted us to call his brother and daughter. Think he may be on medication, possibly in post op of some type. The number is apparentlyl a cell phone and when traced shows only a Palmer, TX Verizon Switch location/

I have received two calls from this number but when I return the call I get a recording saying that the number is disconnected. I dont think it is possible for an individual to make a call from a line that has been disconnected so I assume this is the phone company doing work on the line.
