Calling to tell me there was a problem with my operating system on my computer and wanted to help me fix the problem. There is no problem. The caller had a very heavy accent, had a horrible connection, and was calling from a local number, even though he told me he was in Brooklyn, NY. After I hung and called the number back, I got a fax sound.
