Suspected fraud. Name comes up on caller ID as "Thomas Mc Gover." A recorded message says someone made a purchase on account for Apple products. "Press 1 if this is not valid."
(401)238-3859 called on 6/23/2022. Caller ID shows Carolina, RI.
All calls from (401)238-XXXX are telemarketers/scammers. They have the same carrier - Global Naps. That carrier isn't licensed to operate in RI per the RI PUC website.
They call non-stop. I've emailed the RI PUC 2X and the RI Secretary of State.
Person called to inquire about an item that is for sale on our lawn, once price was given they continued to say racial slurs and threaten to come and steal the item during the night time.
I tecieved a call from this # on my voice mail. The recording was requesting to push 1, so it was obviously a robot computer generated call. I returned the call before checking my voice mail and actually had a woman answer after excessive rings. I told her I was returning a call and she wanted to know who I was. She denied calling me initally as well as being a solicitor of some sort. I've blocked her # even though I know it won't prevent her from calling me on another line.
Called this number from an email I got saying my PayPal account had been used to purchase bitcoin. I’ve never done that and this is not the number for PayPal.

Missed, no voicemail, Intiliquent VoIP Tampa Fl. Called back as hidden: Green Energy, they are going to be in my area and want to make an appointment, 2nd call today, 1st one came from Los Angeles, CA.
Claimed my Venmo checking account was used to make a transaction of $799. I don’t have a Venmo account. It also gave the customer support number to call: 18335082583.
Called stating that they were with Amazon customer services and that someone was trying to purchase pills and an iphone. "Transferred" me to federal services, who then needed my bank account information. When I asked them for their info they became very aggressive - total scam!
