Supposedly a student loan debt collector but I don’t have student loans and they refused to hive me the name on the account. I just blocked these idiots.

I have a client looking for a home in your neighborhood. Would you consider a cash offer? As-is, no appraisal and flexible closing date. Thanks, Jon
Older woman, called & left her name & number but have no clue who she is or why she called. I didn’t call back to see what she wanted but am assuming it was either a misdial or an extremely odd scam tactic.
First called on a "local" number and when I didn't confirm I was the business owner, he wouldn't tell me why he was calling. I ended the call. He called back using this number and started in on the "noisy ass receptionist" since he assumed I wasn't the owner (I have a name that could be male or female and he assumed the owner of the business would be male.) Needless to say, it didn't go well when I told him I was the owner. Spam or phishing, I assume. Certainly not a known business associate.
This number called our long term care facility and when this nurse answered, a male sounding voice said, "Well shut the fuck up then!" This nurse hung up immediately.
