This is a number for a cable TV company. They called me to confirm an appointment even though I never made one.

david williams calls every 10 minutes and is nasty and RUDE. tells you to make sure someone calls him back. doesn't listen very well. hangs up on you when you ask for a supervisor and says his name is joe when you call back.
