Don't know type of caller. No message left. Likely, second attempt from same unsolicited unwanted caller. 12/09/22 @ 9:52 AM was from 541-413-7857. 12/07/22 @ 3:58 PM was from 541-413-7914. Due to those stats, no message left, both may have heard outgoing message, same number sequence except last 3 digits, tells both numbers are registered as from Burns, OR. Therefore, they are intended unwanted or unsolicited calls, which both will be blocked. My outgoing message is intended to thwart those making unsolicited calls. It warns if they are soliciting, scamming, spamming, or etc., that is repetitive or illegal, FCC will be contacted & complaints filed. If call is one I solicited or from friends/family (of who I don't have their number registered in my phone contacts), to leave message. If they do not, call record gets saved & researched, blocked & deleted from phone. This practice alone as significantly reduced nuisance calls & more than registered FCC Do Not Call restrictions. :-)

12.6.2022 1141 Missed call with no voice-mail left. Called back anonymously: The number you have reached is not in service, this is a recording. I later used a different phone unblocked with the same results. It appears that his phone is Verizon Business out of Cornville AZ.
