A "Medic Alert Company" calls my number which has been on the Do Not Call registry for years. They must be a scam because they are violating state phone regulations by not stating their full personal name, name of their company, reason for their call and who they are calling for.

Capital One sent me a letter stating an account was set up with my name with them for home phone service for a previous # 9712326300 & now updated to 8657459537, to call 18884640727. I did because I do not do business with Capital One and am turning the service off. To verify the fraud dept. is involved: 18884209943 This # is now "f" wording texting me to no end. Filing a police report and court action if needed.
