Received text from this number stating my VISA acct was temporarily locked and to call this number to unlock. Does not match any VISA customer service number

One of many unknown, unwanted callers per day. Called me 3 times per day. I did not answer and will block the number. Scammer? Robodial? Stolen number?
I get this call at least 5 times a day. They always hang up. Pulling up info on line is hard. But here is what i've gotten so far.

I dont know how but they knew my name and my whereabouts... I have no clue who they are but whoever it is, or whatever it is, it knows things only I would know otr... What. The. Fuck.
this person texted my friend stating that her mother died in a car accident, and that it was her coworker texting. this is is no way, shape, or form funny. this person needs to stop and be told that this is not okay.
This number calls me day and night from 06:17 am till 10:27pm. Never leaves a message, super annoying! Caller ID comes up as "my hoochie" which definitely doesn't entice me to call back. Ugh!
