Reason why they don't leave a message is because it is a robocall. The number is in my "blocked robocalls" list. If you want the robocalls to stop, change your phone company to one like I have, so you will have the option to block robots. I don't want to sound like a commercial, but my IP phone provider is CallCentric, and there is no additional charge for the robocall blocking feature.

This phone number is left as part of a text that appeared to have originated from a person in my contact list. ONly thing is...this person in my list NEVER uses TEXT as a means to communicate with anyone. So, we know it wasn't from her. It says to listen to message left at this number above. 7047059103. This has happened to me twice now.
