Someone named Steve is calling from this number, representing himelf as an employee of my company's legal department and asking for information about clients. Our legal department doesn't have anyone named Steve. Beware!
will call family and tell them , they will be arrested, if they don't co-opperate. will call family on their jobs.will not obey law to stop calling if told to do so, by family member. Very nasty on phone.
Robbo call about health insurance. Gives option 1 to opt but uses the interesting phrase "If you dont have insurance and you dont care, press 1 to opt out".
A death threat was left on my answering machine, and Caller ID displayed that no. I have filed a police report. The police said the no. belongs to a telemarketing co.
Received a call from this number this morning within 25 minutes of each other. When called back, the phone was answered, "Hello, this is Kim."
I don't know a Kim, or this phone number.
Called at 3:34 AM and hung up when I answered. Called again at 3:37 AM. I did not answer. I will block this number. I got up to check out the number. Now, can I get back to sleep.
I have also recieved calls from them claiming some sort of legal action and claiming I had a phone deposition. I am informed to contact "David Hamilton". I will not be calling back. First of all, the fact that I have recieved nothing by mail is a red flag. Second of all, recieving or making unsolicited or unrequested phone calls are not legally binding. Therefor, since I have neither requested or agreed to a phone conversation, I am not in violation of anything by refusing to take their calls or refusing to call them back. Finally, if they are taking legal action, it is my right to be notified in writing. Any legal action taken against me without this proper notification can easily be contested. My advice to anyone getting calls of these types is to know your rights!
I received a bunch of text messages from a random number with a 173 area code talking all sorts of trash and saying they knew where I lived. Shorty after that I received multiply calls from this landline but they wouldn't say anything. I tried calling it back several times and they just answer and hang up.
This could be another time-share scammer. I've been bothered by several recently. There is no free public information about who owns this number or where they are located, so it seems like a red flag to me. Could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I don't know a Kim, or this phone number.
