A person called Evelyn has called me and been leaving voice mails. I've tried returning the calls, but it always goes straight to an automated voicemail.
Automated voice recorder indicating the warranty of the automobile is expiring. According to the recorder, it is the 3rd notification, but since I have had my current number (a work phone) I have never received one before.
I just received a letter from this guy called lewis li manager of PCH or Publishers Clearing House letting me know that I won 68,000 US Dollars, enclosed with the letter a check of $1,950USD in order to pay my accounting and clearance processing fees for my prize. well I know this too fake last year I was victim of fraud because of them... take care every one...
I received a check for $4998.00 on February 23, 2009. The enclosed letter stated that I was a winner of the Shoppers Sweepstakes held on January 5, 2009. My total winnings would be $250,000.00. But, I would have to deposit the $4998.00, then send the company $2995.00 of this to cover the 'taxes' that were due. I just didn't feel comfortable about this whole deal, so I went on-line to investigate the matter. I have found that others received the same letter and check for the same amounts. What a coincidence! Beware of this company.
Not sure who called. I could hear others in the background, but no one would answer me. I have tried to call them back but the line has been busy for 48 hrs now.
I do not know who is has phone number 512-662-7814, but I have received a handful of text messages that are racially offensive and otherwise explicit. I wish it would stop -- my phone company charges me to receive text messages, and I really don't like paying for messages from people I don't know, especially ones of this nature.
They said they were calling from Orlando Florida, and something about being on the Disney site and looking to plan out a trip or something. I'm thinking a scam. I actually got a call from another number today (866-912-9290) shrotly before the 250-561-0895 number regarding the same thing, only they said I had won a free ticket to Disney, and neither of the calls were automated.
they wanted to extend my car warranty. when i spoke to them i asked for her name she said nancy. then i asked her for her last name she said smith. once i said what company are you from she hung up.
Who Cares!
I don't answer or acknowledge calls that do not ID themselves.
Can't these "people" realize that nobody does? Is this truly their
lot in life? How sad!
A girl named Tammy texted me from this number, and when I said she must have the wrong number, she said "I know who you are!". She continued to tell me that a friend of hers likes me named Alexandra. I told her again that she had the wrong number, she insisted that she didn't and then started sending inappropriate messages. If she messages me again, I will be filing a police report.

The message was the irritating warranty scam.
