Someone called me from this number claiming to be a Jefferson County Deputy. He stated that I had missed a court date and if I did not want to get arrested would need to pay a bond of 4700 and 4800. He said if I did not pay the bond then I would immediately be arrested and put in jail for at least 72 hours if I spoke to a police man. They assured me it was not a scam by calling me from a number that can be googled as the "criminal records" number at the Jefferson county office, but they cannot stay on that number as it is a dispatch number. After many threats of jail time etc, they gave up and hung up. I called the Jefferson County Police and they assured me you don't pay a bond over the phone to avoid jail time.
She kept saying she was looking for someone by my name, but I kept denying it. She hung up after me and now I'm getting a busy signal when I call back.
Third call in under a week from "NEEDMORE PA". Only difference each time is the last four digits of the #. This time I didn't bother to let it go to voicemail -- just picked up and hung up immediately on general principle.
My cell phone showed "Scam Likely". I did not answer. I generally answer only calls from my Contact list. If it was important, the caller could leave a message. But no message was left.
Came across as a friendly sales-type man. Called me by my first name (I did not offer my name). When asked, he said he was from LCS. I hung up immediately.
We were hit by a ransomware group which we searched & found that the BBB had many reports on them and their scams. We stopped payment on check and had local IT company clean the computer. Now we are getting threatening calls from this number saying they are a collection agency. When I looked up the number, it gave me a Hispanic name and not the “person” who called me.
I had a blinking page with voice alert hack into my IPad when I was looking on internet telling me my security was breached and to call number immediately , and don’t shut off or delete the page.
Redialed this unknown number who called me and a man with an accent from India identified himself as David and after asking him several times what he wanted he said that he was “running a promotion in my area for home warranties.” This was one of 3 unknown calls I received within a 2 hour period. All of them unknown and all of them scammers.

No message left, even though the call went to voicemail. Caller ID just said "ALLENTOWN PA". When I looked the # up, though, there were ALREADY reports on a couple of other sites like this one, saying it was a car warranty scam call.
